- Losing Faith by Denise Jaden, p. 61
Losing Faith tells the story of a girl who grieves the death of a sister she's not sure if she ever really knew, and the teaser, which is an excerpt from the poem she recited on her sister's funeral, captures the complex relationship between the two girls. I'm only in the seventh chapter, but I've already gotten a picture of how different Brie and Faith are. The anomalies in Faith's death are just starting to surface, though, and I'm dying to read more!
